We are sad to hear that you had to place the return request.
Please note that we request all our customers to record a complete unboxing video which clearly shows that the packaging was intact and clearly shows the delivery slip on the package.

Also we firmly ask our customers not to accept the order if packaging was opened at the time of delivery.
