All orders made on our website are covered under the cancellation policy. We are sorry to hear that if we gave you any reason for cancellation.

For cancellation please contact us on contact@artbyrishu.com with your order id and payment confirmation.

Cancellation requests will only be entertained in following conditions.

1. Order is not yet shipped.
2. You liked any new artwork that we uploaded recently(only if order is not shipped)
3. Shipping took more than 4 days for domestic orders(India)
4. Shipping took more than 7 days for international orders
